Data we process
App operations may process workspace identifiers, board or item identifiers, app configuration, and per-item workflow state required for app features. Connector apps can process integration metadata needed to complete authorized sync operations.
Token and secret handling
When OAuth is used, tokens are stored in encrypted form. Operational secrets are managed through monday code secret tooling and are not committed in source repositories.
Where data is stored
App data is stored in monday code storage and related monday app infrastructure selected for the app runtime.
Retention and deletion
Data is retained only while needed for app operation. On uninstall or deauthorization, stored data enters deletion handling and cleanup workflows.
Subprocessors
Core processor: monday.com. Additional processors only for connector apps: Google, Snowflake, AWS, Notion, and Atlassian.
