Scope
These terms cover all monday.com apps published by Digital Shijil LLC. By installing or using an app, you accept these terms.
Service use
The apps are provided for business workflow operations inside monday.com. You are responsible for workspace-level permissions and configuration choices.
Support and notices
We contact users only for support responses and service notices about the app.
Data handling summary
The apps store configuration, operational state, and encrypted OAuth tokens when a connector app requires token storage. Data is processed in monday code storage and related monday app infrastructure.
Retention and deletion
When an app is uninstalled or deauthorized, app-level data is queued for deletion handling and cleanup according to marketplace requirements.
Subprocessors
Core platform processor: monday.com. Connector apps may additionally process data through Google, Snowflake, AWS, Notion, or Atlassian based on explicit integration scope.
Changes
We may update these terms as app functionality evolves. Material updates will be published on this support site.
