Bug Intake
Structured customer bug intake and triage board routing.
What it does
- Support user can submit a bug intake with required fields (title, severity, reproduction steps, reporter contact) and see it in queue state new.
- Triager can route a new intake to a target board/group/status; route action writes monday item/columns and records an audit update.
- If an intake fingerprint already exists, app marks intake as duplicate and links canonical item instead of creating a new item.
- Retry of the same route operation (same intake/item/operation key) is idempotent: no duplicate item and no duplicate status mutation.
- Large-board triage works for a board with 5,000 items using cursor pagination and resumable bulk jobs without blocking the request cycle.
