What it does
- Admin can save and read CSAT board mapping config (accountId-scoped key; body account spoofing ignored).
- Item CSAT upsert is idempotent by item+operation key; retries do not create duplicate writes or duplicate audit updates.
- A 5,000-item board rollup can start and resume through cursor pagination, finishing without reprocessing already completed items.
- Server plan-gating returns HTTP 402 for paid features on Free plan (with feature-specific message), enforced via requirePlan.
- Cross-account isolation is enforced: account A cannot read/update account B config, jobs, or metrics (403/404).
