Publish selected board items as internal knowledge articles.
What it does
- A board admin can save and retrieve KB sync config for a board, and only users from the same account can read it.
- Starting a sync creates article snapshots for eligible items and records deterministic source hashes.
- A large board sync of 5,000 items completes via items_page + next_items_page pagination across resumable runs.
- Plan gating returns HTTP 402 for paid capabilities (status write-back, schedules) on free plan.
- Cross-account isolation prevents account B from reading or mutating account A config, jobs, or articles (403/404 behavior).
