What it does
- User creates, updates, lists, and deletes test case templates for a board via /api/templates/*; templates persist per account + board.
- Starting a run from template creates a run snapshot and run steps, then appends one monday update (create_update) exactly once even on retried requests with same idempotency key.
- Step execution endpoint updates pass/fail/blocked counters correctly and marks run completed when all steps are terminal.
- A large-board bulk run start for 5,000 items completes through resumable cursor pagination (items_page + next_items_page) without duplicating item starts.
- Plan gating is enforced on the server: paid-only endpoints return 402 with upgrade message for free plan, while free endpoints remain accessible.
