Generate and track sales quotes from item templates.
What it does
- A user can save a quote template per board (column mapping + defaults), and subsequent reads return the same saved template for that account and board.
- Generating a quote from item view writes quote state and one monday update snapshot for that item (status defaults to draft).
- Repeating generate with the same idempotency key for the same account/item/operation does not create duplicate monday writes and returns duplicate: true.
- Plan gating is server-enforced: free plan receives HTTP 402 on paid features (bulk backfill and dashboard metrics endpoint), while starter+ succeeds.
- Cross-account isolation holds: account B cannot read or mutate quote template/state/job records created by account A (403/404 where applicable).
