Archive closed items to S3 with restore pointers.
What it does
- Board admin can save archive rules for a board, and the next run uses the saved rule values without trusting client-sent account identity.
- A manual archive run writes one pointer per archived item (S3 key + archived timestamp + source ids) and adds a monday update audit entry.
- A restore action recreates the item state from its pointer idempotently; repeated restore calls do not duplicate writes.
- Large board run (5,000 items) completes via cursor pagination and resumable checkpoints without restarting from item one after interruption.
- Server plan gating returns HTTP 402 for paid features (scheduled runs, high run caps, advanced restore controls) when account plan is Free.
Install steps
- From monday.com, open Marketplace and find this app listing.
