What it does
- Board admin can save and retrieve SLA policy config for a board, and it is isolated by accountId.
- Item view can upsert and read item SLA state (on_track|at_risk|breached|resolved) with loading, empty, and error states.
- A breach scan writes SLA state to monday via change_multiple_column_values and posts one audit create_update per breached item.
- A 5,000-item board scan completes by resuming with jobId across multiple runs, with no duplicate item mutations.
- Plan gating is server-enforced with 402 for paid features (business-hours mode, higher cadence, larger job caps).
Install steps
- From monday.com, open Marketplace and find this app listing.
