What it does
- A scrum master starts a session for board items/voters and it appears in board session list after reload.
- Voters submit and update private votes before reveal; other users' votes are not exposed pre-reveal.
- Reveal plus finalize writes are idempotent per item operation and do not duplicate monday mutations on resume.
- A 5,000-item board is finalized through items_page + next_items_page in resumable bulk runs.
- Server enforces paid features with HTTP 402 using plan gating (planFor/requirePlan).
